Introduction Text I am 62 years old and live in Ontario Canada. I have been at this awhile and have become more actively involved with Spark since joining the Biggest Loser Challenge many rounds ago. I have come to understand that this journey is more than just the number on the scale. I am a co-leader on a BLC team that is a group of like minded women who are looking a the big picture of a healthy lifestyle.

2015 A year of New Beginnings! Lose some of this weight that I am carrying around. Increase my speed and amount of running intervals. Take some me time.
