Congratulations on making your goal. You must feel great. Now, the true work begins maintaining your lose. Some people don't need to watch their calories only stay away from 'empty calories' and continue to exercise. Other people need to be as strict as they were when dieting not to regain the weight. A big hello and welcome to Sparks. I hope your journey here will be a blessing to you. I have almost been here a year and I'm still loving it. There is a lot of info you will recieve and friends waiting to be made to help encourage you along the way. Try not to let this place overwhelm you. It will take a couple of weeks before you feel like you know what your doing. No question is a dumb question. We all had to ask a lot of them. Stay focused, it is a long journey.
