    Thanks so much for taking the time to offer me support. I was so surprised to receive your thoughtful message and sparkgoodie. This process is still new for me, however I am quickly getting addicted to it. I was worried about today since I had an event to attend where food would be available and in the past, I have gone off my plan and continued to eat just because it was available. So that is what I was thinking when I went to the huddle. I made it through the meeting with just a small plate of cheese, 4 small crackers and a small sandwich and some cashews. I did better, in that I did not go back for more but next step is to avoid the cheese and nuts due to the high calorie and fat content.

    Your thoughtfulness is appreciated, I look forward to seeing you around on the EE board and huddle.
