Basically, im doing this for wrestling, and mma, i want to lose as much body fat % as possible while gaining as much muscle as well.

My Goals:
Tryin to lose body Fat % for wrestling.

My Program:
 Lifting weights, running often on my own, ive been experiementing with the "300" excersice plan, but feel inadequate to do so on a daily level without supplementiation-due to the strenuousness of the excersice. Im also following my Diet according to this site and others.

 Dont have time for T.V., I like movies.
I love wrestling, mma, boxing, and alot of other sports. I
