Introduction Text Fall down 7 times, get up 8. Life will always throw us challenges - how we handle them is what counts. I'm not happy with the way I look or feel and I'm the only one who can change it! I won't stop trying until I get it right again. Less talking / more walking (and lifting and dancing). I would love to lose 5% or more doing challenges. For the fall challenges I'm focusing on food and water for the first month then exercise consistency after that.

1. Consistency with exercise 2. Lose at least 5% of my weight during a 5% challenge 3. Portion control

High protein & veggies; portion control Run/walk/run, elliptical or Zumba 3 x week Weight lifting 3 x week Water, water, water 1 rest day
