    Peek a boo....I see you...LOL...thanks for the comment on my blog girl...you know we got this...it's hard but we ain't given up no matter what..so what you fell off....getting up is all the matters...you know you want the weight off and your'e the only one that can get it done....so just stay focused and dedicated to your goal....because haters aren't ever going to leave even when you reach your goal weight...as a matter of fact their gonna hate even more...so dont' worry about it....and don't worry about people that aren't there for you...this is for you any way..you helped me realize that...this is for me.....luv ya gurl...man i gotta be at work at 5 am I thought it was 5 pm but the guy called me today to tell me the new time...and at first i was like man who am i gonna get to watch my kids? Well as always God worked it out for me...luv ya chica lata gata LMHO (laughing my head off) trying not to cuss!!!!

    Hey hey hey! Girl 30 lbs. down is fantastic!! Don't look at how much more weight you have to lose. Think of it as 30 lbs. gone forever. That's it. This is your new life. You are definitely on your way. I'm not going to lie to you, I have a pretty huge amount of loose skin. When I started my weight loss journey I really just focused on cardio and didn't do much strength training. That was probably my biggest mistake. You want to do cardio but incorporate weights, bands, body weight resistance training in order to tone at the same time. I know how you feel about feeling more self conscious with loose skin than how you were before because I feel like that a lot. Mostly because I'm upset that I work so hard and work with fitness models and body builders and I workout as hard as them but have to cover my body up because of the loose skin even though there's an awesome amount of muscle and definition under the skin. It's hard, but you are at a point where you can do both together and definitely achieve a lean and toned body! Like I said, I'm here whenever you need anything. ;)
