Introduction Text My husband calls me principessa. It is princess in Italian. We got married in March 06 and I began my trek on weight loss since I gained the "happy, found the love of my life 25". Worse than the freshmen 15 when you are over 30! I was at my heaviest about 4 years ago (204). I had never stuggled with weight and had always been fit. When I moved to the burbs I piled on the pounds. I have struggled since then to get back down to my comfortable weight of 150. I have found a new fitness routine and believe that I will hit 135-140, my dream weight., through diet and exercise. I love to motivate others as I know what a stuggle weight loss can be. I hope to reach my goal and go back to school to learn about nutrition so I can really make a difference in peoples lives. 145 by February!

I just had a baby and have 14 more "baby pounds" to shed and 35 total to reach my goal.

Cardio 4 days a week. Weights 3 days a week. Kickboxing 1 day a week.

I am a new mom and adore my little boy. I am in a size 12 right now and anxious to loose the baby belly and get back into an 8 (or a six!!!) I would love to learn to run and train for a marathon.
