I am a single mom and am an 'empty' nester. I am the overjoyed grandmother to Ronan (12), Tessa (5), Angus (3), Lockey (3) and Eloise (1). My son David is proud Daddy to Ronan, Angus and Eloise and lives in London, Ontario with his wife Katie. Ronan lives in Port Carling with his Mom....but I do the pick up drive one weekend a month for David so I get the time with Ronan and get to see everyone! My daughter Sarah is Mommy to Tessa and Lockey and lives in Toronto with her husband Adam. Emily, my youngest is living in St. John's NL - back at school at Memorial University for her Masters.

I retired 3 years ago - but do have two very small part-time jobs which I thoroughly enjoy!

I love to read and work on handcrafts (knitting, crotcheting, cross stitch......)

My Goals:
Lose 40 pounds.

Exercise regularly.

Practice portion control.

My Program:
I use the nutrition tracker and fitness tracker.

I go to the gym at least 4 times a week.

I use the healthy lifestyle scale to help stay on track.

Personal Information:
I live in a small town in south eastern Ontario. I am divorced. I have three delightful children who are now grown and on their own. Sarah and David are both working and Emily is going back to college.....

Other Information:
I love to read....some of my favourite authors are Iris Johansen, David Baldacci, Kathy Reichs, Patricia Cornwell, Robert Ludlum - actually can't possibly list them all!!

I also love movies - too many favourites to list!
