I am Trisha! I've been sparking since 2010. This past year I regained every pound I had lost. I have done some soul-searching trying to find happiness and lasting results.

I have been reading "The Law of Happiness" by Dr. Henry Cloud.

Only 10% of a person's happiness depends on circumstances. (I will be happy when I am richer, thinner, married, etc).

50% of a person's happiness has to do with a person's genetic makeup and temperament.

The remaining 40% comes from factors we can control: our thoughts and actions.

It's easy to focus on the 10% of our circumstances and say, "I will be happy when . . ." We need to learn to focus on the 40% in our control and create our happiness now.

-Get a waist below 30 inches

-Get a healthy BMI

-Earn 2,000 fitness minutes per month

-Have healthy cholesterol and triglycerides



My Program:
-Track nutrition daily, with a goal of eating 1450 calories or less with 75% accuracy

-Exercise daily

-Weigh-in daily

-Record measurements monthly

-Persevere no matter what!

    How are you doing my friend? Long time no see... Haven't been on sparkpeople too often since late last year, if you remember, our granddaughter Autumn Leigh was in the fight of her life against HLH... Well she lost the battle and the war last October 19... She's now with our
    creator waiting on the rest of the family to be re-united with her (I'm next hopefully)... Need-
    less to say it's been rough on all of us, especially on her birthday last month... She would have been 4 years old...
