Turned 51 this year and have FINALLY begun to change my life for the better. Life is wonderful and exciting and crazy. I want to be here for as long as God sees fit to keep me here.

Fitness Minutes: 20

My Goals:
I want to feel good. It's as simple as that. I want to cook and eat healthy, flavorful foods everyday. I have begun exercising 3-5 days a week. Alternating cardio and strength training. By next year I want to do something big...like....walk (Fast) or run (Slow) a 1/2 marathon ( you notice I didn't say a full marathon , I'm not CRAZY !!! Well, maybe a little


My Program:
I have been following the Prevention Flat Belly Diet...Where has this been all my dieting life?? It has been very easy for me to follow and my eating habits are becoming healthier everyday.
Along with exercise, this is it for me !!!



Personal Information:
I was born and raised in So. California, but have lived in Kentucky for 8 years now. My life is better here. Thank You God !
I am an avid reader. I LOVE my Kindle.
I volunteer anytime and for anything I can at my church. I am a TV drama junkie (any and all)and believe the best invention EVER is the DVR. Kidding... But it is good.
I love to be outdoors in the sunshine..Not so much in the cold.
I have a dog named Dudley and Oh...my name is Pam.

    DO you blog? Blogging is a great way to get your feelings down on paper. Others like to read them and offer insight along the way. ? It can be fun and makes you more accountable. At least it does me. I just posted over 300 blogs last year. Only missed a few days. It can be funny, tell us about your day, good or bad, about how your food choices went, what you did for exercise, stuff like that. Does not have to be weight related all the time. Just things you are thinking about, questions you might have.
