I'm a mother of 2 children, a 4 year old boy and a 1 year old girl, i've always wanted to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight since i got my baby boy, but i always get caught in a million things and find a million excuses to drop my plans.
But this time is going to be different, i'm determined to lose my extra 70 lbs and be a healthy mom for my kids.
March
Starting Weight 210lb
Final Weight 200lbs
April

Finally i started feeling my clothes more loose now i'm in size 14

Well it seems that this month i wasn't really into my game
June
This month i'm planning to keep doing my Rocking Body videos, i love that Shaun T makes me sweat like crazy, i got 2 more weeks with this workout and then i'll start with Core Rythms (let's see how i do with this one)

It's been so long....but finally today september 20/09 i fit into a size 12 yeahhhhhhh!!! i'm sooooooooooo happy

2. Wear a size 12 (done 09/20/09) yeeeeee
3. Drink at least 6 cups of water a day (i'm not a water friend)
4. Incorporate more veggies into my meals
My Program:
i do cardio 30 minutos 6 times a week mostly hip hop abs and turbo jam and strength training 3 times per week
