    Hi! I saw your comment about eating healthy and working out 5 days a week. I did the same thing for 3 weeks. No change in the scale. I lost lots of inches. I did some research and found that I was not eating enough. When I first began Sparkpeople, I said that I would work out 3 days a week for 30 minutes. I actually am working out 7 times a week, at least 30 minutes and 70 minutes some days. I was not taking in enough calories. You should go back to the start page and recalculate your activity level. It helped me! Maybe it will help you!
