    I got 41% of my calories planned for tomorrow from fat!

    Nuts, seeds, avocado, oily fish... eggs, cheese, various meats. Its all so tasty!

    hey there. Thanks for the add. I see where you have had a couple bad days, Cool, I hope you learned a little something from them. now LET EM GO!! Right now is a new day! no need to scrap the caddy just cause you got a flat. Go eat something healthy. A salad, fruit, some veggies, anything you can, and get right back on track. YOU CAN DO THIS!     This is a comment I wrote yesterday to somebody else, but I really think I can just say exactly the same thing to you.... and add that two days doesn't ruin anything, get off your butt and get on with doing what you need to do!

    Are you more important than a pile of crap food?
    Are your family more important than a pile of crap food?
    Is your LIFE worth more than a pile of crap food?

    Because if you boil it down... our health is at the bottom of this, and if your life isn't worth more than gorging yourself on *whatever*... then, well, you are beyond help if you dont believe that you are more important! *laughs* and I KNOW you dont think that!

    Remind yourself of this before eating badly... your LIFE is worth more than junk.
