I'm thirty eight years old, and I let stress, life and my love for food get the best of me.
I woke up last week and I couldn't recognize myself, not only from the outside which is roll after roll of fat but I couldn't find the sensitive person I used to be.
That hurt me and I decided to join here to get some motivation and lose weight, I'm not waiting for the new year for my resolution, it's right now .
Well, 2012 has come and gone ,and I didn't lose a pound. However I don't feel discourged, I'm turing forty tomorrow and if I could lose weight by 40 , let me start losing the weight by 40.

I'm back from a beautiful vacation in Cuba, while I'm sorry to say that my efforts to lose weight for the past 3 years were unsuccessful, I'm not motivated to lose weight, be healthier and feel/look better in clothes. I don't like looking at my photos from the trip because I look big but the good thing that I didn't gain weight on this trip which gave me hope that determination is the key and that's why I'm not going to let the stress from work gets the best of me.

My Goals:
Long term goal to weigh 55 Kg by next April

Short term goal
to lose 7 pounds in June 2014
to exercise 30 minutes a day minimum

My Program:
Snack on healthy food at work
No food after 7 pm
Do strength workout for upper body

Personal Information:
I'm 41 years old and I live with my husband in Toronto.
I have no kids and love to read, travel and explore my city whenever I can

Other Information:
I love to travel and have been to few places and I would love to share my experience on travelling to those places with fellows SP wishing to visit the countries I visited.

I will blogging about my travel as I find it keeps me motivated.
