I'm looking for motivation and bodies in a quest to finally have the perfect body I want and know I can achieve.

Fitness Minutes: 144

My Goals:
I would like to lose around 10lbs for now just to see how that goes. I want to be leaner, toner and in more of a healthy shape.

My Program:
 Strict vegetarian diet
30-45 minutes of cardio:
10 mins jogging
10 mins step aerobics
10 mins boxing

30-45 minutes of strength/yoga excercises.

EVERYDAY
