Hi Everyone!

I live in Cheapeake VA. I have been on Spark for a few years and while I lost 29 pounds. I still have at least 35-40 pounds to lose and I am working on it. I want to stay healthy as I get older as I am 76 years old so its like now or never......right! I was always thin until I retired from nursing and then with some medical issues, surgeries, etc. got side-tracked.
I am counting steps, drinking a lot of water and decreasing portion size and keeping my calories within a certain range. I have a lot of support on Spark and I have made some wonderful friends! WE can all do this by making it a priority in our life! Here's to Healthy Eating!

NOW ON MY OWN PLAN OF LOW FAT AND HIGH PROTEIN AND FIBER.

WALK 30 MINUTES DAILY AND WORK UP TO ONE HOUR.

RIDE MY SIT N CYCLE BIKE EVERY EVENING FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES.

STAY WITHIN MY 1500 CALORIE RANGE.

TRACK MY FOOD EVERY DAY.












home: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Stay within 1200 calorie range.

Track food daily.







My Program:
Ask for God's Guidance in all that I do.

Goals: Lose 25 lbs. by October 1, 2016.

Continue to lose 8-10 lbs. a month.

I live with my daughter and her family in a "mother-in-law" addition. My Granddaughter married in October 2012. My grandson who is 25 years old now and graduated from Old Dominion University and is now eotkingbut living at home for right now. Wonderful grandchildren. I am truly blessed! I enjoy crafts. reading, walking, swimming, tv drama or detective shows.
