Hi Everyone!

I live in Cheapeake VA. I have been on Spark for a few years and while I lost 29 pounds. I still have at least 35-40 pounds to lose and I am working on it. I want to stay healthy as I get older as I am 76 years old so its like now or never......right! I was always thin until I retired from nursing and then with some medical issues, surgeries, etc. got side-tracked.
I am counting steps, drinking a lot of water and decreasing portion size and keeping my calories within a certain range. I have a lot of support on Spark and I have made some wonderful friends! WE can all do this by making it a priority in our life! Here's to Healthy Eating!

Thank Goodness it’s Friday, and time to get our weekend jollies on! Since the Holiday Season is in full swing, and everyone is as busy as Santa’s elves trying to finish their shopping, I thought we’d inject some holiday humor - oh deer. . . here come the holiday puns, and jokes.

Here are a few reindeer jokes that will sleigh you . . .

How much does it cost Santa to park his reindeer and sleigh?
    Nothing. . . It’s on the house.

How much does it cost every Christmas Eve to fly Santa’s sleigh?
Oh, about 8 bucks; Nine if the weather’s bad.

Who laughed and called Rudolph names?
    Olive - the other reindeer.

Which of The reindeer needs to mind their manners?
    Rude-olph.

Where do the reindeer like to stop for a snack?
    Deery Queen

Deer you have it! After all is sleighed and done, I’m out of reindeer jokes.
I hope you have a fun Friday, and a wonderful weekend! I hope it doesn’t rain dear.

emoticon for stopping by to read and comment on my blogs! emoticon
