- Lose 37 pounds.
- Just be healthier through regular exercise/activity & a clean diet.
My Program:
I've given up soda as of 6/25/10. I've been opting for more organic & whole foods. Now, I'm working on being more consistent with exercise. I'm also tracking what I eat.
