My Goals:
Reach and maintain 120 lbs. while building muscle.

Feel great about myself, not just good, but GREAT!

Log every food that goes in my mouth.

Stop binge eating.

My Program:
 Right now I'm trying to eat "clean foods" w/out all that processed crap. Workouts will be a variety of cardio and ST.
