Update: August 19, 2019. Dr has given me the last ck I need to really focus. My body has been telling me as well. So on the 16th I committed to 28 days of clean eating and 5 days of exercise. I got this, I don't have a choice. So far I feel good, my inflammation is decreased and I don't have as many aches and pains. I have been in a constant struggle with my weight in the last year. I have no excuses, and I am changing it starting Jan 1st 2016. My goal is to lose 7lbs per month throughout the year. At that time I will reevaluate and plan new goals. My plan is to work out every other day in January. I had knee surgery in 2014 and if I start too fast, I will not stick woth it due to soreness. I will reevaluate in Feb. I will also keep updating my progress and tracking my food staying within the recommended allowances for my goal. Food tracking will be done everyday, with a couple days a month allowed for cheat days or special occasions where staying within limit just isn't possible. No more then 2 over calorie days per month. This should be relatively easy to do as I am allowed up to 1900 calories at this time.

My Goals:
My first goal is to lose 10 lbs before my birthday.
My second goal is to eat healthy and exercise, because I know this makes me feel better about myself and look better.
My third goal is to have positive thought.


My Program:
I am going to eat healthy and watch portions.

I am going to exercise 3-5 days a week.

On nice days even after I have went to the gym, I am going to go for a walk or a bike ride with my boyfriend.
