I'm a 33 year old teacher who just wants to improve her health. I recently had a wake up call when my kidneys showed signs of kidney disease. I have RA and thankfully it was the meds treating that which caused it. We managed to reverse the damage but it was enough's for me to realize I needed to make some changes. I'd like to go from 265 to 200. Even less would be fabulous. But mainly I just need to get healthy.
