My Gift to me....
is to not dwell on the past. I did terrific on Keto in 2017/18 and then got lazy. I maintained during 2019 and then gained almost everything back this year. I'm done being fat. I'm done being tired. Keto works for me...this I know. So now, I will embrace Keto once again and work on regaining my health.

My Goals:
1. Limit carbs to 20g max/day - but try for 10g or less
2. Keep calories at 1420/day.
3. Drink 100oz of water daily.
4. Be able to not stray or make mistakes when traveling. Stay the course for success!
My Program:
Starting the Ketogenic diet on 3/19/17. Read about it, learn about it. It's been around for decades to help people with medical issues and now "normal" people are following this diet with overwhelming long-term success.
Personal Information:
I have tried so many different diets..sometimes I lose and sometimes I gain. In the end I always gain the weight back. I'm officially tired of being a yo-yo and being out of control. I will take my life back! I will learn and live the Keto way!
Other Information:
Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass... but to learn to dance in the rain.

Highest weight ever: 387. Did great on Keto in 2017/2018 and then stopped. Starting over as of 9/20/20; starting weight 348.
