There was a time, not so long ago, when I had this. I was working out and enjoying it. I was making healthy food decisions 90% of the time. And I was down a few sizes and pretty close to goal. And now I'm not. I've signed up for Tough Mudder this summer (2013) and I'm scared - no - terrified. BUT hoping I can get myself motivated to get back to where I was. Here's hoping the next 6 months go well!
I don't remember a time that I wasn't trying to lose weight. This time, I need to make sure I include my entire life into this life change! I'm married to a tall, thin man who won't eat most veggies and refuses to touch anything with fruit. I have 3 amazing kids and I know that they need to see us with a healthy lifestyle so they don't have to learn it later in life.

* Aim for 10 glasses of water each day

*Work out 6x week

*Not only stay within my calories, but make GOOD choices about the calories I do eat

*Not beat myself up over what the scale says

*Recognize that the goal is to be healthier. Period.

Personal Information:
I live in Western Wisconsin with my husband and 3 children (12, 9 & 8). I work 2 days a week marketing for a physician group, & then I also work 40 hrs/wk @ night editing medical dictations. And I also teach dance classes to 5-11 year olds and Adult Ladies!

Monday: JM DVD or TF DVD

Tues.: 40 - 50 min of running - treadmill or outside

Wed.: JM DVD or TF DVD

Thurs.: yoga/stretching/light workout

Fri.: JM DVD or TF DVD

Sat.: treadmill/running outside

    Hello!! It HAS been a little while since I visited your page, as well. I guess with all of the conversation elsewhere, we just skip this part! :)

    My day went well enough, I guess. I was "feeling it" by the end of my work shift, between the belly and the toe. More than that though, the lack of sleep started to get to me. I didn't get much today either, so tonight should be interesting. lol

    How did you decide to deal with DB? Were you able to own it?

    I guess I should get my butt in gear and hit the shower!

    Hey there! I'm trying to get back on here.... starting by logging on every day and spinning the wheel. My life has changed so much since I've been gone! My husband and I had another baby, and we now have 2 beautiful little girls! emoticon My youngest is almost 4 months old, and I've gained a bunch of weight back.... so here I am! I'm ready to get my butt moving again! Hope you're doing well. It's good to be back! Thanks for writing... We should keep in touch!

    Holy reality check! I just tried to get dressed to go out! I DO NOT FIT INTO ANYTHING!! I asked my husband why he hasn't said anything. He says it isn't his job to tell me that. He is only supposed to tell me how beautiful I am! What the heck?! Yeah...tomorrow... This stinks! Lol

    I hope your New Year's Eve is going better than mine has started! :)
