Introduction Text I have made a lifestyle change. I am on an incredible journey. I am lovin' my new active lifestyle! Life begins with the first step outside your comfort zone!

2013 New years goals: #1 run a 5K a month...if there are no organized 5K's then I will do a virtual 5K with runningmate.com #2 complete a full triathlon #3 continue to strive toward the healthiest "Me" I have ever know.

workout: swim twice a week/spin twice a week/run twic a week 4.5 cups of veggies every day. Protein every meal Protein snacks. 64 oz of water every day (or more)

I am 50 years old... Personality...happy! :) Grandmother of 13.

I love to work out. I like walking, Zumba, Jazz Dance, Hiking, biking. Spin, running, swimming, and yoga ... I like to be outdoors with nature. I enjoy camping all over New England.
