    Definitely get back into doing cardio..I know that cutting calories AND working out are both important to weight loss but I swear its the working out that has had the most impact for me. I have days where I'm like "wow..I'm pretty sure I'm going to weigh 2 pounds heavier tomorrow..even if I do workout" ..but I've found that its never the case..I get on the scale and somehow I've still managed to lose a pound or drop half an inch! I bet once you jump back into a cardio routine, those 4 last pounds (OH MY GOSH YOU ARE SO CLOSE!!) will melt right off :)

    To fulfill my protein requirement, I eat such a variety of things! Egg beaters, lean lunch meats, grilled chicken breasts, lima beans, milk (or even soy milk!), peanut butter, and nuts are some of my favorites. If you are still struggling with your protein requirement, try protein bars! South beach has these really yummy bars that are only about 120 calories in a bar for about 15 grams of protein. Even better, they come in flavors like chocolate and peanut butter :)
    Congrats on your weight loss so far! That must feel incredible. I've been doing pretty well..just passed my three month mark on sparkpeople yesterday so that was pretty exciting. Even better, I feel so committed to reaching my goals. It's so strange to actually be in control of my food now and not feel like its the source of either my happiness or pain. I feel so liberated and can't wait to see how I feel in a few more months :)
    Have fun in Montreal! I'm so jealous, I could use a vacation lol. Can't wait to hear from you again!

    WELCOME TO SPARKPEOPLE!! I'm so excited for you..sparkpeople is SO amazing, I can't even begin to tell you! I'm probably the worst perseon ever to be involved in a diet only because I suck so badly at sticking with a plan lol..but its been three months (to the day tomorrow!) that I've been working to lose weight and so far I'm down 16 pounds, and lots of inches. My clothes feel so much looser, and my confidence has SOARED :)
    I know its probably going to be hard the first couple of weeks but I can't emphasize enough to hang in there! Mess up a couple times its okay! You are doing something so great for yourself..you are taking the baby steps needed to become healthier. I know you can do this :) Keep me updated! I'd love to hear how you are progressing!
