    Cont'd#3, thereby losing weight. Or maintaining. :) by doing this I haven't gained anything back, even though my eating habits suck! ( working on again) the first couple days of doing this are hard b/c hunger. But after that, your golden.

    Lol. Yes, unhealthy treats are sooo yummy, and yet so bad. :) okay, the fasting. It's called intermittent fasting. LOTS of variations. I'll look for the website, but mine is the 16 hour gap. Basically I don't eat from around 8 at night.

    Hello, hello! So here's an update from my earlier note to you. I was able to get ahold of the gym and they will take my 13 year old! Plus my mom said she is going to join!! Not doing so well on cutting back, but am working on it.
