    hey there congrats on your 4lbs you go girl. thats great. keep strong. as for me im doing great 9.5 lbs so fart and its been 1 week yesterday. you know after the first week or 2 i think it gets a little easier. eating healy kind of grows on you. girl im so ready to get all this weight off me let me tell you. lol. well keep up the good work. keep me posted take care.
