Introduction Text Prayed for motivation and received it with purpose as an answered prayer. It's not a fleeting motivation but one that has stayed with me over the last 4 yrs and still going strong. If it were my motivation alone I would have stopped after a couple of months. This is genuine. Down 70 lbs over the last 4 yrs years since I started tracking foods. Going slow and doing it right. It's a lifestyle change but one I have found to be doable with little to no cravings that cause me to binge eat or lose control, no rubber band or yo-yo dieting. Fast weight loss is not healthy and in my experience not sustainable due to habits that are not sustainable.

Build muscle while losing body fat and achieve a physique that is healthy and naturally maintainable.

Flexible dieting, resistance training, HIIT (high intensity interval training), and steady state cardio (running).
