Hi there I am a 31 yr old mother of 3. I've been overweight for 13 yrs. and I'm just tired of it. I want to feel better and look better. I want to start doing things for me. I've been married for 8 years, and my husband and I have never been on a real date where we get completely dressed up. I've never wanted to go out and by the nice clothes, because they don't make cute clothes to fit big people. I was always thin before I had kids. I couldn't put weight on if I tried, now I can't hardly take it off. 2 1/2 years ago I started excersizing and lost 30 pounds. I was so proud of myself. It was the first time I had ever lost weight the right way. Then my grandmother passed away and it hit me very hard. I thought in a month or so when I've taken time out to greive I'll get back on my feet and continue on. That was 2 1/2 years ago. I can't seem to get back on that horse. I've gained it all back and then some. I just don't want to be like this anymore. I'm honestly tired of it.

My Goals:
My first goal is to start excersizing and my second is to stop eating all the junkfood....After I get over those bumps I'll make a cpl more goals.

My Program:
I'm not really sure yet how I'm going to meet those goals....I really have nothing for will power, and If I'm hungry I usually want something fast and easy that will satisfy right now. I will have to come in here when I get the urge to eat junkfood instead of good food, and hopefully I will get better with time. The one good thing I have going for me is, I'm just sick and tired of being fat.

    I broke my overall weight loss goal down in to how much a month I need to lose... I want to be 160 by the end of the year.... So I need to lose 74.4 lbs total. Divided that by 11 months to go... That approximately 6.8 lbs a month! So my short term goal is to lose 10 lbs by the end of February!!!!! Tell me your short term goal and lets focus on these together!! :)
