Thanks for reading my blog and commenting. I also appreciate you adding me as your friend! I've added you to. I love the cat you have. I had a yellow lab that through circumstances when I had my stroke my daughters had her put down. She was 11 years old, which for a lab their life span is 10 to 12 years from what I've read and she had slowed down so much. I was so far away and couldn't go back there. But I miss her deeply. I am thinking of a dog, or possibly a cat. I'm not sure if I could do all the times of taking a dog outside I would need to do, and I live in an apartment by myself now and might do better with a cat. I love both and think they each have special attitributes. Made me smile to see you with your cat! 2311 days ago
Here are some special to get you through the day. Always remember you are not alone. This journey can be long and slow, if we are going to do it successfully and healthy! It is a lifestyle change and not a diet. And it's OK to lose the UMPH to get MOVIN' again and be on the right track.
But, WE ARE SO WORTH IT, so continue the struggle. And, know with confidence that with each step you take---you are moving closer to your ultimate goal!!! Keep challenging yourself!
