My Program:
Organic, plant based diet and very minimally processed food. I love eating food that is in season and found from local area especially from our gardens. I do NOT eat meat or dairy products.

I enjoy walking, bicycling, yoga, dancing, meditation, and take time for free weights, and bowflex workouts.



Personal Information:
I am from the United States. I am an artist born in Colorado (3rd generation) For twenty-five years i enjoyed traveling the world, including three around the globe adventures, three transatlantic sailboat journeys, ten years of sailboat living and cruising in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. I acquired my pilot license after almost 4 years as a stewardess. I have always been blessed with lots of good fortune.

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Winter challenge will be getting started the beginning of December. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meat your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Fall we had a World Series and a Haunted House. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Winter challenge. To get to the Challenge go to my page and click on the Blue Biggest Loser Icon or let me know and I can send you an invite. Then sign up on the waitlist.
