    Good to have you with us here at HBP and any other teams you may join. I'll help you through your journey if you need it. I'm here to support and encourage you forward. If you fall back, I'm here to catch you and show you the right direction if need be.

    I'll try to be supportive to you and to encourage you on the journey you are taking. I'll be along side you to your goal(s) and all the way. And to you good luck and to take 1 day at a time. Take advantage of what Spark has to offer. I would like to see you accomplish the goal(s) you have and I'm there for you too.
    Stay focused and have a positive attitude, b/c those will help you in the long way............... It's good to meet and have you with us.

    To STAY MOTIVATED I DO THIS ALL THE TIME:::
    1) come in and read the posts
    2) read and join any teams that you think you like
    3) get it know the people
    4) read some articles
    5) most of all :: have fun and enjoy yourself
    You are doing great, making progress every time you come in.

    If there is anything that I can do to help, give me a holler. If I do not know the answer, I will find it. Our leaders are really great and help when you need it too. So don't hesitate to ask. That is why they are here.

    Don't give into your temptations. They are bad and will set you back. You want to move forward, have good habits (like eating your veggies, fruits) and come in here. We all are here for you and other members too.

    I just posted a comment to you about diet pills...on the SparkTeam 40 somethings with 25-49 pounds to lose.

    I too use to hate exercising! I would avoid it like the plague.
    It was too painful for me and I didn't want the pain from exercising... You know that saying "No Pain No Gain"...

    Well I found a place where you have no pain from working out..
    A women's health club called Curves and it has been the best thing I have ever done!
    3 times a week for 30 minutes and it's actually fun! I can't believe I am actually losing all these inches just from that...
    and the best part is...I have never once had the pains you would normally get from exercise.
    Anyways good luck with your weight loss goals!
