I am here to lose those extra pounds I carry which concentrates in my thigh and belly region.I want to lose 10 pounds and I am hoping that will get rid of my belly and thigh fat. I started off with 135 lbs and I lost 10 pounds by watching calories and exercise(two months )(Running in tread mill doing C25K ). I know that high intensity interval training works for me to lose weight. I need to lose another 10 pounds and lack inspiration.

I now have graduated form C25K and just downloaded C210K app.
I started taking classes for learn to swim once a week and I am loving it
Swimming I feel is a whole body work out and since I love to be in water I am doing it.

I wish to add some strength training and ab work outs 3 days a week and try to run /walk 3 days a week . I have my swim lessons on Saturday for a hour so I plan to work out 6 days a week.

Recently I met a few people who had not seen me in a while and they all say I have lost weight ( after me losing 10 lbs) That makes me feel good.

I am 5'4 and 124lbs I have a healthy BMI at the same time I carry extra fat in my belly and thighs.

By diet I am a Indian vegetarian and do not eat any processed foods.
I do not drink soda and I dislike sweet. I do not smoke and do not drink .
I switched to whole grain foods now and I am following portion control and trying to incorporate exercise and drinking 8 cups of water every day in my routine . I work part time and I do not have to pay for any membership for gym as my work place and my apartment complex both have gym.I send my daughter to the day care.

Having said this all I am lazy to work out so till now I am just able to maintain my weight to 124.

My aim to to lose those pounds and be healthy and happy .
