My Goals:
My goal is gradual, smart weight loss, learning more about what to eat and what not to eat, and smart exercise, not overdoing it. I want something I can keep up in the long term, and extremes won't do it.
Avoid injury at all costs.
Long term goal-- get to and stay at a reasonable weight, nothing too drastic here, I'm thinking 145ish.
A couple of years down the line goal-- pay off the house ahead of schedule and take stock of the financial situation.
My Program:
I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, usually more and a lot of herbal and green tea. Wine ok occasionally, champagne definitely ok.
The main goals are trying to cut back on sugar and get more exercise.
Trying to get 10000 steps a day, using a combo of walking outside and the elliptical machine because it is easy to track.
Also bring back some weightlifting, which I love, but now have more challenges to do. Starting small.
