Introduction Text I have 2 boys, one in Second Grade and one special needs whom is 5 and just started a half day Begindergarten. My husband works..ALL the time so that leaves me with the boys on my own a lot. I devote a lot of my time to a non-profit called The Torch and with the PTO for my sons school.. I have also noticed that with age comes weight gain for me and I need to reevaluate my diet and exercise. I have to start a healthy schedule and get this weight gain under control! I am looking forward to starting the 5% challenge and get the support and motivation I have been lacking to get my butt in shape!

To really tone up and not feel flabby. To be able to figure out how to incorporate regular workouts into my schedule.

I love gardening and being outside, painting, reading, and messing around on the computer, I also love my playstation 3 which I hardly ever really get to play : ( And most important I love my kids! Nathan was born 10/14/2009 and Michael was born 6/18/2012. I love my husband too of course : )
