My Goals:
My long term goal is 185 by Christmas 2012. I can achieve this if I average 3 lbs a week.

My Program:
 I am back on the Spark site after failing to follow up for several months. I joined the YMCA and plan to go 3x week.


Personal Information:
I am 37 yo married woman. I live with my husband, 3 sons (19, 11, and 4) and my mom.

Other Information:
 I am a stay at home mom. I love sewing and making quilts. I love going to the gym. I enjoy spending time with my family. I create websites for small companies to make extra income.
