“The biggest lesson I’ve learned is, “It’s okay.”
It’s okay for me to be kind to myself. It’s okay to be wrong.
It’s okay to get mad. It’s okay to be flawed. It’s okay to be happy.
It’s okay to move on. It's okay to be me.”
    ~Hayley Williams~

    5. One good belly laugh burns about 3.5 calories.
    6. Gelotology is the study of humor & laughter.

    You laugh, I laugh...you cry, I cry.
You fall, I laugh, then fall too, because I was laughing too hard.
I laugh even harder when I try to explain why I'm laughing.

emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

My favorite pain is in my stomach when my friends make me laugh too hard.
Nothing compares with the stomach ache I get from laughing with my
best friend..that awkward moment when you can't stop laughing while
telling a joke, and when you're finally done, your friend doesn't even get it.

emoticon Laughter is a tranquilizer with no side effects
    Please take it regularly emoticon

emoticon emoticon "One Day Before emoticon Christmas Day emoticon emoticon

It's finally come down to one for trying to get everything done.
I know I've forgotten to buy gifts, or sent cards to everyone.
Some baking was overdone and all the cleaning didn't get all done.
But even though it's not all done, that's not what is important to everyone.
emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
What's really important is the true meaning of Christmas and the gifts of
Peace, Hope, Love, & Happiness that we celebrate and share
with our family, and our friends we know and love, and to others
(to far away from home, or have no one at all) who need our love.
emoticon emoticon So now I'm wishing everyone to celebrate emoticon emoticon

It's not the presents that make Christmas so special
It's the presence of those you love,
whether they are with you in person or spirit!

This day is a day to reflect before Christmas of Christmas pasts!
We all have things we remember, and the memories it brings.
Making snowmen, and angels in the snow.
Singing Christmas carols, watching Christmas shows on black/white TV
Shopping for Mom and Dad, sisters, brothers, friends
trying to find them that special something
They will love and cherish for years to come.
Wrapping their gifts with the prettiest paper,
the biggest bows and ribbons just for them, listening to Christmas music
The opening of gifts from Santa Claus with smiles & laughter
Knowing you were the luckiest person alive.
The getting together of relatives, and friends.
Sitting together, sharing the best Christmas meal.
And filling the house with noise, laughter, and love.
This is a day to reflect on some of the best days we ever had.

The best gifts can't often be packed inside a box ..
how can you wrap shared laughter and tears or talks that run into hours?
They can only be wrapped & treasured in our hearts
