- A healthy weight of 132 lbs.
- Fasting blood sugar: 4-7 mmol/L
- Blood pressure: 120/80
My Program:
- Eat a low-carb, low-glycemic diet .
- Keep my frig stocked with freggies .
- One of my daily meals shall be a large salad.
- Drink lots of water and green tea.
- Purposefully exercise 30 minutes per day.
- Take 10,000 steps per day .
- Not sit at my computer for long periods of time.
- Live my life NOW, and not "10 lbs. from now".

I'm from Quebec, Canada.

- My relationship with Jesus Christ is the most important thing in my life.
