I am so blessed with the ability to share with you my journey.
My goal is to eat healthy. My goal is simple. I shall be working on making sure to have more veggies and fruit in my diet. I will be working toward getting back walking again and I plan to come alongside others to help encourage them on their journey.
I am a born again Christian and I love to share Jesus with anyone who would like to hear about Him. My goal is to always share words that inspire and affirm others in the faith.
I know that with God all things are possible.

Fitness Minutes: 17,407

My Goals:

1. I will be eating more veggies and fruit in my diet.
2. I am choosing to drink more water. I do not drink enough water. I do have one cup of coffee with creamer in the morning and at times will have herbal tea with honey at night .
3.. I will work toward getting back to walking, even if it is 10 minutes to begin with.
4. I will come and encourage my teammates as often as I can.

My Program:
Just making sure to eat more fruit and veggies in my diet. Make sure to eat lean cuts of meat.
Walking 2 times a week to begin with. I do walk around the store when I go shopping.
Making more home cooked meals so I know what I an eating.

Personal Information:
I am happily married to a wonderful supportive husband.
I have struggled with my weight throughout the years, but my main goal is to get healthy.

Other Information:
I love worship music, the classics, and instrumental music.
I love to teach the word of God and I am here for you to pray and encourage you in this walk called faith.

    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

    “I like the variety, novelty, and ingenuity of the weekly challenges. They push us out of our comfort zone. And get us to try something new. “
