I've been working on losing since February 2009, have lost 50 lbs and despite having a number in mind, really want to be healthy and active.

Fitness Minutes: 10,075

My Goals:
Overall I'm looking to improve my health and be mindful of what I'm putting in my face. I'm sure losing weight will come along with that.

My Program:
 Training for May 1, 2010 5k and then onto the Disney Princess half marathon in March '11.

In between training sessions, I love the elliptical and recumbent bikes (with my Polar F6 monitor- LOVE that baby!) weight lifting, and eating better.


Personal Information:
I'm a busy writer, mom, wife, friend, and advocate. I'm not sure how I fit it all in, but I do.

I grew up in Michigan and moved to Atlanta, Georgia as soon as I could!
