I jogged 4 to 6 miles a day until 9-1-1. After that, I spent years sitting behind a desk running a company, gaining pounds and inches until nature finally told me to do something about it.
I'm getting in better shape. It feels good, but it's really hard work!!!
If you're in shape, DON'T QUIT - it's too hard to gain back what was lost. And don't forget, the bod ain't as young as it used to be!
