Lose 4 lbs in 4 weeks :)



My Program:
 Sleep before 11:30 PM

Track food for 4 weeks. Try/add 1 new healthy food/meal each week

Follow 5K Your Way Walking Plan for 4 weeks. Begin each day with 10-min Yoga Fusion Video.

Post pic after 4 weeks - 4 lbs lighter!!
