Just Keep Swimming
I have been at this for a few years now. I have learned a lot using this website but I keep falling down in the critical phase of applying all that knowledge to my daily life.
I love biking, but I need to do it more, and not be afraid of the wind.
I love hiking but I need to get out and DO MORE OF IT. Especially in places that are not flat.
I think I like yoga but since I only do it at home alone I have no idea if I am doing it right.
I love strength training ...
