Hi,
My life is under so much stress. I am a parent of 4 and have added 2 Foster children to the mix (ages 3 and 4) and I am starting a Maternity Home for unwed teen mothers and my husband and I are Missions Leaders at church. This leaves little time for myself and I suffer for it. I need to be healthy in order to survive.

My Goals:
Not to snack in the afternoon time.
Drink more water.
Exercise 6 days a week.
My Program:
I need help, that is why I signed on. I am doing nothing right now.
Personal Information:
1. water - 9+ 8oz glasses a day
2. Calories 1200 - 1550 a day
3. Exercise 30 min of cardio or strength daily
4. Try one strength exercise off the Spark list and tell us what you did! (mix it up!)
5. My personal goal is to get back on my bike once a week and do a nice ride.
Other Information:
I love riding my bicycle. I used to ride it avidly. I even did the STP one year. I went on a 30 mile ride once so far this year. That is all. Life is too busy and I am depressed. What do I do?
