    Rhonda, wogging is walking/jogging. So many of us use that term that I forget not everyone knows what it means! LOL!! I did get out and do about 4 1/2 miles, the wind did die down a bit.

    Hi I just started reading my book and I know it will help me a lot. My doctor told me to lose weight because I have heart problems, it's hard because my symptoms don't bother me but I know I will feel better when I lose weight. I also have RA and know my ankles wouldn't hurt so much if I lost weight and exercised. I won't stop trying and the book should give us good ideas. emoticon
