Hi, I'm 56 years old and still trying to figure out this weight loss journey. Most of my life I have been fit and held at 140 pounds. My healthiest weight for me. I joined the 5% spring challenge and dropped down to 208 I was 1 pound away from my goal. I still consider this a win. And now with the 5% summer challenge, I not only challenged myself to reach the 5% but to exceed it to reach 190. With persistence, I am hopeful to reach it.
