I have been on weight watchers and have lost 42 lbs. I have definitely noticed changes in myself, as to making heathier choices. My lowest weight as an adult was 142, so I want to get to 141. I really, really want to get into the 130's though, I haven't seen that number since high school. I am 29, I am a wife, been married for 12 years and a mother of twin 2 year old boys. My family is my life and I am going to do everything possible to be here for them. I have always struggled with my weight and I also have a problem with binging. I was the happiest in my life when I weighed 142 lbs. and was a size 7. My husband and I tried to conceive for 7 years and after one round of IVF, I was carrying twins! After the boys were born, I lost 59 pounds. Since then my husband has been home a lot more and when he ate, I ate, not that I am making that my excuse, it just contributed to it. I have been maintaining for the last 3 months and now I am ready to lose the last of this weight! I am very excited to be part of the BIGGEST LOSER!

    Oh, you are dealing with the exact same issues that I had/have now. Once the competition is over, a whole new level of accountability has to take over. You don't have a competition hanging over your head, it's all you and it's HARD!!! LOL! My eating and my exercise habits have really slacked off since then, and I have my good days and my bad days. What I've really learned is that this is real life. It's okay to treat yourself once in awhile, you just can't make a habit out of it. Stick with the fruits and veggies and lean meats and don't deprive yourself of that cake or cookie every so often! I really haven't gained any weight, maybe lost a bit more, so I guess I'm okay.

    Seriously though, treat yourself, but do it sensibly because nothing ever good comes of binging, we all know that! emoticon

    Thanks for asking! I'm doing pretty good, I've had some ups with my weight, but I'm figuring I'm just trying to maintain and not gain right now. I don't have as much mojo as I did in the BL competition, so I'm trying to stay on track with exercising and eating. It's hard! LOL! Seriously though, you are awesome, keep it up and you'll be in supermodel territory :-)
