UPDATE: 5/17/09 I just found out I WON the TC "People's Choice Award"!! Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote for me!!
Hi Everybody, as some of you know, I entered the Tight Curves 11wk Transformation Challenge. I did not win, but they are having a People's Choice award.

I'm so excited abou this year! Why? Because I've finally got in the right mindset to make the physical changes, that I've longed for.
I've made some new goals: 2009 goals
~I've adjusted my goal weight as I'm within a lb of what I orginally put:) 10 lbs less!!
~Be in a National Mag ad
I need to be specific with my goals: (2008 goals)
*Eat 5 - 6 small healthy meals everyday.
*Lift 5 times a week.
*Cardio 3 - 4 times a week.
*Burn at least 3500 calories a week
*Eliminate 10lbs of fat.
Your body and mind is the only thing you truly own, take care of it, and never let it go. Without health, Your only hurting yourself.

Wgt training 5x 30+min.
Eating 5-6x small meals a day, good healthy choices. Allowing one cheat meal.

I'm "from" Michigan, but now live in Dallas, TX. We've lived in Ohio, &Wyoming (yes, the state).
I am married to a wonderful DH, and we have 4 beautiful children.
