40's ughh,lol. Like to write. Love animals, and kids. Have 1 son almost 16. Have a houseful of pets. Live in n.e. USA. Like summer, hate being disabled. But I'm not ready to give up yet (o; Want to lose weight for health and self esteem. I kind of lost that in the past 8 plus years. It's just hiding (o; I am going to be getting divorced soon. I wasted 30 years of my life, being abused. Please people use your heads. They rarely change!!
Enjoy life, don't live in hell.

My Goals:
Happiness, to reach some nonweight related goals. Be healthier. Hopefully become healthier. To go out w/o feeling that people are staring at my weight.

My Program:
 I am following a fairly lowcarb low sugar eating plan. I can't exercise much because of a spinal cord injury, but I am still losing weight. I eat well under 100 grms. of carbs a day. Calories between 900 and 1200.


Personal Information:
Born and always lived in upstate NY. Have a 16 yr. old son. A husband. many Pets. I enjoy writing and reading. I would love to ride a horse again if my spine allows. I have so many goals , if I meet half I will be so very satisfied with my life.

    Hiya, sweetie!! I absolutely LOVE cats, but Rosie ain't havin' none of that LOL. The white cat is Patch and she belongs to my sister. I need to put Shadow on my page, that's her other cat, black sh. Shadow reminds me of my Mickie, my very first cat as a single person~what a nut! She kept me in stitches. I also had a grey black and orange tiger stripe named Sox. They were both strays. I still miss them terribly. Had to find them a good home before I came to Ireland. Had a couple cats here but they loved being out on the street more than being at home LOL. So now we have Rose~love her to bits. She's got some personality on her.
    My husband is very good to me although we hit a very rough patch and I had to give him an ultimatum. Fortunately our marriage was worth more to him and he straightened himself up.
    We're having an exceptional summer here~totally unusual, weeks and weeks of sun and cool breezes. Usually we have more rain, though not as bad as the winter when it rains every single day. So we're enjoying it while we can before the dark, wet days come back. My dh and I will be heading for Poland soon~we love it there. Okay, chat later, Robin~have a great week!
