Was good to hear that you're still around as well, I had wondered what you had been up to in the meantime :) Glad that you're back though and still tackling the pounds ;)
I have a new weapon in my arsenal against the bulge - running is the new um... dieting I guess. It's all gone a bit pear shaped this week with conferences, holidays, illness and an aching achilles - but back on the wagon next week, and back pounding the pavements as well. I have decided that it is the run, and not the bike, that doe it for me. Nearly up the 10km mark on my runs.
I have noticed though that the biggest crime is not logging the food, this is where it all starts to slip away from me. I swear the logging keeps me honest!
I WILL get to my target weight this year. No excuses :) 4311 days ago

Hi Robin - good to hear from you - I thought the Spark was slowly dying in the team there for a moment!
I'm back on track after my annoying few weeks. Hope it lasts to be honest, going back to regularly tracking things is helping me enormously.
Doesn't mean I'm not getting annoyed sitting at home today and feeling hungry and having to exert lots of willpower to go and raid the kitchen for goodies!
I will be strong though.. only a couple of hours till paella and wine... mmm

Hello Robin. Also glad to see another man on the eco-sparkers team. Great progress. Check out the tin challenge, which I started. A great way to clean up while exercizing. 4713 days ago

Hey Robin - thanks so much for your tip on my blog about cycling through Temptation Alley instead of walking. You are SOOO right! I used to ride my bike to the gym, but as it's so close, I stopped cycling and started walking instead. I can't believe it didn't dawn on me until now that I was putting myself in the path of temptation by doing this! I shall be pumping up my tyres and cycling instead from now on.
