Time to leave this pain behind!


My name is Kathy and I live with my wife, Robin, and our 2 cats. We are both in our mid 40's. I have 2 grown children, two grandchildren and a grand-dog. I've gained 50 pounds in the last 6 years (happy, I guess) and was 30 pounds heavier than I wanted to be then, thus the 80 pound goal.

I just want to feel good. I am sick of being in pain every single day!

My Program:
 We got the Wii Fit Plus for Christmas and I am loving it! I am drinking more water and working on cutting down my calorie/carb intake.
